· Repair electrical systems and equipment and handle preventive maintenance. |
· Requisition material and supplies. |
· Install switches, receptacles and lights. |
· Complete work orders, PM’s and other records in an accurate and timely manner. |
· Perform tests on power circuits, distribution panels. |
· Maintain the tube system. |
· Perform any emergency service required for the safety of personnel, building and equipment. |
· Perform generator maintenance and testing. |
· Assist in electrical related tasks involving building component installation, maintenance, demolition, renovation and repair. |
· Monitor facilities for needed repairs, maintenance, safety concerns and hazardous materials. |
· Respond to fire and other emergencies. |
