    Description

    Electrical Manpower Manager

    We are looking for an experienced Electrical Manpower Manager to support and oversee field personnel across multiple projects nationwide. This role serves as the connection between office operations and field crews, with a primary focus on manpower coordination, employee support, safety, and field performance.

    This is not a traditional Project Manager position focused on budgets and project schedules. This position is focused on managing and supporting the people performing the work.

    This position requires extensive travel throughout the United States and regular onsite presence at active projects. Candidates must be willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate daily manpower and crew assignments based on project needs and employee skill levels
    • Travel to jobsites nationwide to support field crews and assist with operational issues
    • Promote and enforce company safety standards and PPE compliance
    • Manage field tools, equipment, and workforce resource needs
    • Monitor employee performance and assist with training and development
    • Address field concerns related to morale, jobsite issues, and communication with management
    • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention efforts

    Qualifications

    • Extensive field experience as a Journeyman or Master Electrician
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to organize manpower across multiple projects and locations
    • Solid understanding of electrical field operations and safety practices
    • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the country
    • Professional and team-oriented approach to workforce management
