What You'll Do
- Install, assemble, test, and maintain electrical wiring, controls, and equipment
- Wire power supply systems and electrical control panels for industrial machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Repair and replace motors, relays, switches, sensors, bearings, and other electrical components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Perform electrical modifications, upgrades, and motor rewiring as needed
- Test circuits and system functionality using voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, and related diagnostic tools
- Ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards
- Maintain accurate work practices and a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support operational goals
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum six months of experience in electrical maintenance, industrial manufacturing, maintenance technician, electrical assembly, or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and reliability
Preferred
- Technical degree, vocational training, trade school certification, or apprenticeship experience
- Experience with industrial controls, automation systems, motor controls, or PLCs
- Manufacturing or industrial equipment experience

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
