Electrical Maintenance Helper

️ Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Pull wire, mount electrical boxes, and help with conduit installation
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and support team with general labor as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an industrial or construction setting preferred
- Familiarity with electrical tools and basic wiring techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must be reliable and punctual
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience working in civil or industrial construction environments
- Schedule 6AM -6PM Rotating shifts
