Required Qualifications • High school diploma or GED • Basic mechanical aptitude (hands-on experience preferred but not required) • Willingness to learn and follow instructions • Ability to work in industrial environments • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Preferred (Not Required) • Trade school, vocational training, or mechanical coursework • Experience with control systems • Familiarity with hand and power tools • Previous work in a panel shop
