Arcon Electric is looking for a motivated and reliable Electrical Installer to join our team on commercial construction projects throughout the Florida Panhandle.

What You'll Do
As an Electrical Installer, you'll work alongside experienced electricians and foremen to install electrical systems on commercial construction projects.
- Assist with the installation of commercial electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, lighting, and electrical equipment.
- Measure, cut, bend, assemble, and install electrical conduit and rough-in materials.
- Assist with pulling wire, installing electrical boxes, fixtures, switches, and receptacles.
- Follow electrical blueprints, drawings, and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment safely and effectively.
- Gather, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily tasks.
- Work alongside electricians and foremen to complete assigned installations.
- Identify and communicate material shortages, installation issues, and jobsite concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable electrical codes.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
What We're Looking For
- Previous electrical or commercial construction experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and installation methods preferred.
- Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, and electrical rough-ins is a plus.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to learn electrical installation techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing jobsite needs and priorities.
- Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship.
