Lead the Charge: Electrical Foreman

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our growing electrical contracting business. In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds our projects together. You’ll supervise a team of electricians, ensuring all electrical projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
But that’s not all! You’ll also play a vital role in mentoring and training the next generation of electricians. You’ll share your expertise and help them develop the skills they need to succeed.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Supervising and coordinating a team of electricians to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Troubleshooting electrical problems and diagnosing issues.
- Ensuring adherence to all safety codes and regulations.
- Keeping projects on track and within budget.
- Training and mentoring electricians in safe work practices and electrical skills.

Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in electrical installation and wiring
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
- Proficient in conduit bending, branch wiring and other trade related skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A high attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Pass drug test
