Overview
ABM Electrical Lighting Solutions is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join our team in Tustin, CA.
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for overseeing electrical crews on job sites while actively participating in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on electrical tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Pay: $40.00-$45.00/Hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of electricians and apprentices.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Hands-On Electrical Work:
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Project Management Support:
- Communicate with project managers regarding timelines, materials, and manpower needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Training & Mentorship:
Provide guidance and training to apprentices and junior electricians.
Qualifications:
- California General Electrician Licensce
- Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor).
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and basic computer skills.
