Electrical Foreman

A solid, established contractor that s continuing to expand its team is seeking a strong Foreman to lead commercial projects, including ground-up construction and build-outs.

What you ll be doing:
Leading and supervising crews on commercial job sites
Managing day-to-day field operations to keep projects on schedule
Reading and interpreting blueprints, specs, and drawings
Coordinating with Project Managers, GCs, and other trades
Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and up to code
Tracking manpower, materials, and job progress

What we re looking for:
Proven experience as a Commercial Electrical Foreman
Strong leadership and crew management skills
Solid understanding of commercial electrical systems and installations
Ability to read plans and manage layout effectively
Knowledge of NEC and job site safety standards
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with new construction and tenant build-outs
