Depending on project size, scope, and complexity, Foremen may serve in either a working ("belt-wearing") Foreman role, actively performing electrical installations alongside their crew, or more of an administrative Foreman role, focused primarily on project coordination, planning, workforce management, material procurement, scheduling, and communication.

Whether leading from the tools or managing larger projects from a broader leadership perspective, Foremen play a critical role in delivering quality work while developing the next generation of electricians.
