About the Opportunity
You ll be leading teams on large-scale commercial and industrial projects throughout DFW, including:
Data centers and mission-critical facilities
Healthcare and hospital systems
Higher education campuses
Manufacturing and industrial plants
Large commercial office developments
These are fast-paced, high-visibility projects where strong leadership makes the difference.
What You ll Do
Lead and supervise crews of electricians on active job sites
Plan daily work, assign tasks, and maintain production schedules
Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and specifications
Oversee installation of conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and equipment
Coordinate with General Contractors and other trades
Track materials, manpower, and job progress
Ensure all work meets NEC codes, safety standards, and quality expectations
Troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving forward
Train and mentor Apprentices and Journeymen
Qualifications Who You Are
Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required)
5+ years of commercial electrical experience
2+ years in a Foreman or Lead role running projects
Strong background in commercial or industrial construction
Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and materials
Skilled in conduit installation, layout, and system planning
Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, and distribution
Ability to read prints, perform takeoffs, and plan installs
Experience with data center or large-scale projects is a plus
Strong communication and leadership skills
