POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Pay Rate: $58-$62 per hour

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 5 10s and an 8

Start Date: ASAP

Per Diem: $140/day worked for qualifying candidates

SCOPE OF WORK

• Supervise electrical crews and assign daily tasks
• Monitor productivity and quality standards
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and drawings
• Coordinate conduit and cable tray installations
• Set up large cable pulls and install switchgear, distribution panels, and transformers
• Install fire alarm and control systems
• Perform hands-on electrical work as needed
• Coordinate with the Superintendent and other trades
• Ensure jobsite safety and maintain quality standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 8 years of experience required
• Foreman-level commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Experience supervising electrical crews
• Strong conduit and cable tray experience
• Experience coordinating large cable pulls
• Experience with switchgear, panels, and transformers
• Ability to read blueprints and perform layout
• Must be comfortable working alongside the crew
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
