Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) preferred, or Associate degree with 4-10 years of related experience or equivalent
Working Knowledge of Electrical Circuits and control systems
Experience with PLC programming and LabVIEW or equivalent automation software
Hands-on experience with electrical motors and motor control systems
Proficiency with CAD platforms such as 3-D Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks
Experience with circuit board troubleshooting, testing, and repair
Knowledge of hardware prototyping, embedded systems, and microcontrollers
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, product testing, and quality control
Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical components and systems for carbon products and shaft grounding solutions.
Contribute to the development of new products and enhancements related to grounding systems and measurement monitoring.
Create and test electrical circuit boards, troubleshoot hardware issues, and repair circuits as needed.
Collaborate with R&D and product teams to standardize designs and meet customer specifications.
