    Description

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) preferred, or Associate degree with 4-10 years of related experience or equivalent
    • Working Knowledge of Electrical Circuits and control systems
    • Experience with PLC programming and LabVIEW or equivalent automation software
    • Hands-on experience with electrical motors and motor control systems
    • Proficiency with CAD platforms such as 3-D Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks
    • Experience with circuit board troubleshooting, testing, and repair
    • Knowledge of hardware prototyping, embedded systems, and microcontrollers
    • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, product testing, and quality control

    Responsibilities

    • Design and develop electrical components and systems for carbon products and shaft grounding solutions.
    • Contribute to the development of new products and enhancements related to grounding systems and measurement monitoring.
    • Create and test electrical circuit boards, troubleshoot hardware issues, and repair circuits as needed.
    • Collaborate with R&D and product teams to standardize designs and meet customer specifications.
    • Develop testing procedures and build test stands for electric motors, grounding systems, and electrical contacts.
