    Role: Electrical Engineering Manager / Hardaware Engineering Manager
    Location- Sunnyvale CA Onsite
    Experience: 10+ Years
    We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead global hardware engineering teams and drive product development from concept through production. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in electronics design with proven leadership experience managing engineers, customers, and complex product development program
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage Electrical/Hardware Engineering teams.
    • Drive end-to-end product development from design through production launch.
    • Manage engineering resources, project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
    • Provide technical leadership on complex electronics and embedded hardware systems.
    • Conduct architecture, design, schematic, PCB, and system-level reviews.
    • Partner directly with customers to define requirements and resolve technical challenges.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Operations.
    • Support engineering scaling, hiring, mentoring, and team development.
    • Required Experience
    • 10+ years of experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
    • 3+ years of Engineering Management or Technical Leadership experience.
    • Experience leading teams of engineers and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proven experience delivering products from concept to production.
    • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working in global or multi-site engineering organizations.
    • Technical Skills
    • Must have experience in some of the following:
    • Mixed-Signal Hardware Design
    • Embedded Systems
    • FPGA / SoC Based Systems
    • Power Electronics
    • PCB Design & Validation
    • DDR, USB, Ethernet, High-Speed Interfaces
    • Analog and Digital Electronics
    • System Integration and Product Validation
