About LiquidStack
LiquidStack is the established leader in liquid cooling for data center, HPC, and AI workloads, with manufacturing, R&D, and headquarters in Carrollton, Texas and a longstanding engineering presence in Hong Kong. As part of Trane Technologies, we are scaling our US-based engineering capability to augment our Hong Kong team. The new Texas engineering team will focus on the design, development, and delivery of large Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs) and skidded direct-to-chip platforms — including our GigaModular CDU family — for hyperscale, colocation, and AI infrastructure customers. The team will own manufacturability, ETL / CSA / CE / NEC / NRTL compliance, and customer-facing engineering for these product families, working in close collaboration with the Hong Kong team on shared architecture and component engineering. The Electrical team is responsible for power distribution, motor control, instrumentation wiring, and end-to-end UL / NRTL compliance for CDU and skidded platforms.
