Multi-disciplinary team is hiring a Electrical Engineering Director for their growing Grand Rapids team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical team in design ofpublic/private development projects
- Recruit new team members to build a strongteam
- Assist with business development
- Attend project/client interviews
- Interact with other in-house teams
- Attend meetings with clients, authoritieshaving jurisdiction, and other professionals
- Ensure QA/QC standards are met byreviewing designs prepared by others
Requirements:
- BS in Electrical Engineer
- 12+ years of Electrical design experience
- PE License
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience in designing multiple types ofbuildings (architectural/industrial)
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Broad experience in power, lighting, firealarm and voice/data design
- Experience on healthcare projects preferred
Salary is commensurate with experience.
