Backed by substantial institutional capital, this firm operates with a lean, highly efficient elite engineering and construction team.They are at a significant growth point, currently delivering a flagship, massive‑scale campus in the Tulsa region. This is a role for an Electrical Engineer who thrives on technical autonomy but wants the backing of a major player.Data Center Electrical & Power Monitoring: Drive engineering oversight for high‑density power environments, critical distribution networks, electrical controls, and advanced Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS).Substation & Infrastructure Systems: Lead the technical remit for massive utility‑scale substation electrical and civil infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with the main grid.Protection & Controls: Overhaul, review, and troubleshoot complex substation protection and control schemes to guarantee absolute reliability and maximum uptime.Campus Power & Logistics: Manage site lighting and campus construction power requirements, serving as the technical anchor between the field, design consultants, general contractors, and client discipline SMEs.What we are looking for? Experience: Proven track record in electrical engineering, specifically within data center environments, heavy industrial power, high‑performance computing (HPC), semiconductors, utilities, or major hospital/healthcare sectors.Background: A strong foundation in heavy industrial, utility‑scale, or mission‑critical electrical systems. Data center experience is highly preferred.Technical Competencies: Medium‑Voltage (MV) experience is an absolute minimum requirement. High‑Voltage (HV), power transmission, or heavy substation exposure is highly valued, as this role directly touches large‑scale utility infrastructure.Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Tulsa area to provide dedicated on‑site campus oversight.This is a confidential search for a Data Center Developer known for delivering iconic, large‑scale data center campuses.
