    What you'll do

    • Develop, maintain, and calibrate electrical test equipment and benches.
    • Define and perform functional, reliability, validation, and EOL testing.
    • Analyze data, document results, report findings, and implement corrective actions.
    • Support root-cause investigations while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
    • Specify, install, validate, and optimize production equipment and processes.
    • Manage ECR/ECO activities, including feasibility reviews, approvals, documentation, and communication.
    • Outline tightening strategies, monitor torque data, and improve assembly quality.
    • Design manufacturing processes, cycle times, ergonomics, flowcharts, FMEAs, and work instructions.
    • Drive productivity, equipment performance, troubleshooting, maintenance, launches, and improvement.
    • Support multi-site operations, standardization, network participation, ISO 14001, EMS, and HSE compliance.

    What we are looking for

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering for Senior Process Engineer
    • Efficient electrical engineering and programming skills.
    • Experience with Automotive EOL testing, diagnostics, CAN/LIN.
    • Exposure to torque tools, maintenance, troubleshooting, schematics, wiring, etc.
    • Travel to regional sites as needed to support operations and troubleshoot issues.
    • Availability to travel for new facilities and to support industrialization
