As an Electrical REP Engineer, you''ll join a collaborative Electrical Engineering design team focused on Microelectronics and Space applications. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor''s or master''s degree in electrical engineering obtained between May 2026 and June 2027
A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the application process
Prior Co‑Op or internship experience in an engineering or electronics-focused environment
Foundational understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles
Experience using schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence, Mentor Graphics, etc.)
Familiarity with SPICE‑based circuit simulation tools such as PSpice or LTspice
Hands‑on electronics lab experience, including use of oscilloscopes, power supplies, and logic analyzers
Ability to interpret and work with engineering documentation (schematics, specifications, test results)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills supported by academic or project work
Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical and cross‑functional collaboration
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated initiative and ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and engineering concepts
