Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Engineering Rotational Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting-edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. What this program offers:

The Rotational Engineering Program (REP) is designed to develop the next generation of technical and business leaders. Engineers complete rotational assignments within a variety of focused areas in their engineering discipline over a two‑year period.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on product troubleshooting of RF components, modules and test fixtures in manufacturing and development environments
• Provide engineering support for existing RF products while working closely with senior engineers.
• Generate and maintain documentation including bills of materials (BOMs) and test procedures for RF products and assemblies.
• Assist with ongoing engineering development projects and product initiatives
• Support definition and implementation of producibility improvements
• Collaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional product teams
• Contribute innovative ideas and state of the art thinking to improve business performance
• Deliver leading edge, integrated solutions that meet customer needs
• Participate in programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Mercury''s culture and strategy
• Stay informed on industry trends and ensure Mercury''s best practices are met or exceeded
• Rotate through multiple technical disciplines to broaden skills and experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering obtained between May 2026 and May 2027
• A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
• Prior Co-Op or internship experience
• Experience with RF theory principles through coursework, academic project work, or industry work.
• Experience using RF and electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, or related diagnostic tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts
