Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
5+ years of electrical engineering experience within the semiconductor capital equipment industry
Proven track record in compiling regulatory submission packages and obtaining certifications for complex industrial tools
Proficiency in reading, auditing, and organizing high-voltage electrical schematics, safety interlock loop diagrams, and P&ID drawings
Experience ensuring compliance with SEMI S2 / S22 standards, NFPA 70/79, and global CE marking directives
Knowledge of material directives such as RoHS and REACH
Familiarity with EMC testing and mitigation strategies
Hands-on design experience with, high-voltage distribution, and automated equipment controls
Responsibilities
Lead technical documentation efforts by gathering, reviewing, and structuring comprehensive technical files for multiple semiconductor tools to support certification processes.
Collaborate with external compliance consultants and third-party evaluation bodies to coordinate testing, address technical gaps, and secure industry certifications.
Audit and ensure technical documentation, including electrical schematics, interlock diagrams, and P&ID drawings, meet industry standards and certification requirements.
