    Senior Electrical Engineer | Industrial Power Distribution & Systems Analysis

We are seeking a driven, goal-oriented professional to lead complex power distribution projects within the heavy industrial and pulp and paper sectors.

    The Role: Power Systems Leadership

    This is a comprehensive leadership role where you will manage interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, high-quality engineering solutions. From designing 15kV to 120V systems to implementing cutting-edge BIM protocols, you will be at the forefront of industrial electrical innovation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Power Distribution Design: Lead the design of site-wide systems ranging from 15 Kilovolts to 120 Volts.

    • System Analysis & Modeling: Perform arc flash and power system analysis using industry-standard software like SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower.

    • Project Management: Lead the development of full construction drawing sets, managing a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and drafters.

    • Field Engineering: Travel to client sites for field measurements, equipment evaluations, and providing technical support during equipment start-ups.

    • BIM & Technology Integration: Implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) protocols and drive departmental efficiency through modern design practices.

    • Compliance & Standards: Apply a deep understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC) and heavy industrial standards to all project phases.

    • Quality Assurance: Provide technical guidance to the design team and implement robust QA/QC procedures and improvement initiatives.



    Requirements

    Basic Requirements

    • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems.

    • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower and the National Electric Code (NEC).

    • Leadership: Proven ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.

    • Adaptability: A self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech engineering environment.
