- Testing, debugging, and programming IRST production WRAs (receiver, processor, IMU, pod) and related
circuit‐card assemblies.
- Using Windchill to retrieve drawings, reference manufacturing process plans (MPPs), and record each
process step.
- Isolating and resolving production issues independently and as part of the weekend floor‐support team to
keep deliveries on schedule.
- Collaborating with day‐shift engineers, suppliers, and quality personnel to hand off findings and corrective
actions.
- Updating work instructions, non‐conformance reports, and configuration data to maintain traceability.
- Participating in root‐cause analyses and recommending process improvements that enhance yield and
reliability.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and classified‐information requirements while working on the floor.
Required Experience:
