Provide Engineering design support to Electrical Project Engineer.
Maintain quality and timeliness for engineering requirements of specific projects.
Create and maintain engineering drawings, bill of materials, and routings relating to electrically controlled products.
Supply shop support for manufacture, assembly, & quality of product.
Maintain engineering lead times established for each order processed.
Provide customer support as necessary.
Process "Engineering Change Notices" as required.
Work with Sales Department on quotations as requested.
Maintain product design costs.
Product troubleshooting.
Shop testing as required.
Requirements:
Associate's degree in electrical engineering technology (or equivalent degree) or 2 year's experience in related position.
Training: AutoCAD Skills: Practical experience with NFPA 79, NEC, OSHA, and PLC programming.
Experience: None required with degree, 2 years without degree.
