As an Electrical Engineer II, you'll play a key role in bringing projects from concept through construction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative electrical systems that meet client goals while delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
What You'll Do

• Design electrical systems for a diverse portfolio of commercial projects
• Develop lighting, power distribution, emergency power, fire alarm, security, and other building systems
• Create and coordinate Revit/BIM models throughout all phases of design and construction
• Work directly with architects, owners, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
• Perform site visits, shop drawing reviews, and construction administration activities
• Prepare specifications, project documentation, and construction documents
• Help mentor junior designers and engineers
• Participate in a variety of project delivery methods, including Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and Fast-Track projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of electrical design experience for commercial building projects
• Experience coordinating with multi-discipline engineering teams
• Proficiency with Revit MEP
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience developing specifications and project documentation

Preferred

• PE License or EIT certification
