We design and manufacture highly reliable, ruggedized power supplies and UPS systems, offering excellent opportunities for career growth in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop power supplies, AC/DC and DC/DC power conversion systemsSupport new product development and improve existing designsTroubleshoot power electronics, UPS systems, and power distribution equipment to the component levelSelect components and ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirementsCollaborate with sales, PCB, mechanical, and manufacturing teamsConduct testing, root cause analysis, and develop technical documentationEnsure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory standardsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field3–7 years of experience in power electronics designExperience with AC/DC, DC/DC converters, UPS systems, and switch-mode power suppliesProficiency with oscilloscopes, meters, spectrum analyzers, and testing equipmentKnowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and MIL standards is a plusStrong troubleshooting, communication, and project coordination skillsIf you're passionate about designing innovative power solutions and working on mission-critical technologies, we’d love to hear from you!#INDSW
