Summary:
Designs, develops, and supports electrical control systems and components.
Utilizes engineering and CAD software to create and modify designs.
Coordinates manufacturing, installation, maintenance, testing, and support activities.
Ensures compliance with engineering specifications, applicable codes, and design requirements.
Inspects completed installations and monitors system performance to verify compliance and functionality.
Prepares and maintains technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports.
Assists in troubleshooting electrical and system-related issues.
Supports project planning, budgeting, and cost estimation efforts.
Collaborates with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and production teams.
Works on moderately complex engineering assignments under general supervision.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
2-4 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
Experience working with electrical control systems and engineering design tools.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and industry standards.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering documentation.
Ability to work independently under general supervision.
Ability to handle moderately complex engineering assignments.
Ability to serve as a resource to junior engineers and provide coaching and technical guidance.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
