As an Electrical Engineer III, you’ll manage complex projects that directly impact operations. You’ll apply your expertise to design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive innovation.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
• Works on the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks supporting critical infrastructure such as pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities.
• Promotes the integration of advanced technologies including automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage to enhance system performance and reduce operational costs.
• Implements robust safety measures such as arc flash mitigation and fault detection systems to protect personnel and ensure infrastructure reliability.
Education/years of experience:
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and four (4) years of engineering experience in natural gas, data centers, or related industry.
• Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Other Requirements:
• Knowledge of reviewing arc flash studies and implementing improvements.
• Working knowledge of electrical design codes (NEC, NEMA, API, IEEE, etc.).
Preferred Requirements:
• Preferred: Experience with PLCs.
• Preferred: Project Management experience.
