This is a perfect opportunity for a professional with a few years of experience who is looking to transition from "learning the basics" to "owning the design" within a flexible and supportive work environment.

If you’re looking for a role that offers exposure to innovative projects and a direct path to professional growth, we want to hear from you.

    The Role at a Glance

Working directly with the Director of Engineering, you will play a vital role in the planning and technical design of diverse construction projects. Key Responsibilities

    • Design Support: Assist the Director of Engineering with project design, estimation, and construction efforts for both traditional and design/build projects.
    • Field Synergy: Ensure designs are not just theoretically sound but are practical for field installation and implementation.
    • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of consistent engineering and BIM standards across the company.
    • Technical Documentation: Prepare clear, accurate specifications and technical drawings that meet both client needs and regulatory standards.
    • Calculations: Perform necessary electrical calculations to establish benchmarks for construction and installation processes.
    • Collaborative Liaison: Participate in project meetings and interact with clients to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction phase.

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
    • Certification:Successfully passed the FE exam and currently holds an active EIT status.
    • Experience:2–4 years of experience in engineering or construction (preferably in a consulting or design capacity).
    • Tech Stack: Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit is a must. Experience with SKM or similar power analysis software is highly preferred.
    • Communication: Strong organizational skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.

    The Perks

    • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage.
    • Retirement: 401k plan with company matching.
    • Mobile Support:Vehicle/car allowance provided for travel between sites and offices.
    • Culture: A business-casual, flexible environment that values work-life balance and professional development.
