    Job Summary

    An organization is seeking an Electrical Engineer specializing in Radio Frequency (RF) and spectrum to support the design and development of advanced communication systems. This role focuses on RF engineering, spectrum management, and wireless network analysis, contributing to next-generation communication technologies.

    What You Can Expect to Do:

    • Apply RF engineering principles to analyze system performance
    • Support spectrum management, satellite registration, and RF network design
    • Conduct modeling and simulations for wireless communication systems
    • Utilize communication theory, link budgets, and electromagnetic principles
    • Develop and use software tools for co-frequency sharing analysis
    • Support algorithm development, validation, and documentation

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Aerospace, Physics)
    • 3+ years of experience in RF engineering or related fields
    • Active Secret security clearance
    • Experience with RF design, antennas, wireless communications, and signal processing
    • Familiarity with regulatory bodies and processes (e.g., FCC, ITU, NTIA)
    • Strong skills in RF network performance analysis and optimization
    • Ability to work collaboratively in mission-driven environments

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong analytical skills in probability, statistics, and linear algebra
    • Experience with programming/tools such as MATLAB, STK, Visualyse, C++, or Python
    • Experience in systems analysis, design, integration, and implementation
    • Knowledge of spectrum-sharing algorithms and validation techniques
