Electrical Engineer, Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, CO

Technologist Inc. is seeking skilled Electrical Engineers to join our team. This is slated to be a full-time opportunity onsite at Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado Springs, CO, offering a competitive salary coupled with a strong benefits package effective your first day of employment.

Provide on-site subject matter expertise in performing requirement definition, programming, planning, design development, integration with existing physical infrastructure and other projects, documentation, and project and construction management of facility and infrastructure projects of varying scopes and costs as well as environmental support of the base and facilities. Candidates will be expected to provide technical advice on facility and infrastructure requirements and environmental compliance of varying complexity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience developing plans, solutions, and electrical designs for facility and infrastructure projects and systems.
• Ability to pass a background investigation at the level of SECRET (must be a United States citizen).
  
  Desired Skills:
• Journeyman Electrician (typically 8000 hours of experience).
  
  •    Three (3) or more years of experience developing plans, solutions, and electrical designs for facility and infrastructure projects and systems.
  
  •    Demonstrable experience with reading and interpreting design and construction standards.
  
  •    Demonstrable understanding of applicable OSHA standards.
  
  •    Demonstrable understanding of UFC’s.
