    Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team, where you will be at the forefront of designing innovative commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. This role offers the chance to work within a fast-paced, custom manufacturing setting, leveraging your electromechanical and electronic control systems expertise to drive innovation and excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop electrical control systems, including the creation of schematics and panel layouts.
    • Compile comprehensive bills of material and develop detailed installation and operation instructions.
    • Specify and source components for refrigeration systems and related electrical power distribution.
    • Conduct research and data analysis to evaluate design and product feasibility.
    • Communicate effectively with sales teams and clients regarding product specifications and performance.
    • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to engineering specifications.
    • Utilize SolidWorks Electrical to produce production documentation and detailed drawings.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as ETL, UL, and NFPA’s NEC.
    • Provide technical solutions and support for field service challenges as they occur.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
    • 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proficiency in electrical panel layout, schematic design, ladder logic programming, and system troubleshooting.
    • Strong understanding of electrical power distribution principles and VFD motor control applications.
    • Experience with Electrical CAD and SolidWorks Electrical is preferred.
    • Proficient in using Windows Office Suite and ERP software.
