Electrical Engineer – All Levels - Locations: Leesburg, VA | Columbia, MD | Harrisburg, PA | Rochester, NY
Compensation: $80,000–$150,000+ (Based on Level and Experience)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience level will determine position and responsibilities
- Professional certifications and licenses are encouraged for senior-level opportunities
- Strong proficiency with Revit is required
- AutoCAD experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Support client relationships and business development initiatives
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth (senior roles)
