You will provide technical expertise, project oversight, and mentorship while driving innovation and ensuring excellence in project delivery. At higher levels, this role also involves project coordination, shaping engineering strategies, and guiding stakeholder engagement.Position Responsibilities: All LevelsPerform equipment sizing & selection, alternative analyses, and other deliverablesSupport the engineering, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of facilitiesPresent engineering and design deliverables to project members, cross-functional teams, senior leadership, external vendors, clients, and other stakeholdersPlan, forecast, and actualize deliverable progress to support project reporting and schedule requirementsIdentify scope changes and estimate impact to effort and schedulePrepare, review, and approve electrical equipment, conduit, and wiring calculations, requisitions, lists, studies, reports, BOMs, and designsLevel IVSupport proposal efforts by evaluating RFP scope, identifying list of deliverables, and estimating effort requiredParticipate in project scoping and estimationLead in a senior role, providing strategic direction, technical oversight, and mentorship to the electrical engineering disciplineWork is highly independentLevel VAll responsibilities of level IVMonitor progress and performance against the project planProvide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibilityParticipate in stakeholder management, Fit/Gap analysis, and needs analysisLead at the highest discipline level, managing the electrical engineering team, overseeing design and implementation of electrical systems, strategic planning, project coordination, and providing expertise and guidanceWork Autonomously Qualifications:4 - 10+ Years experience, depending on the level of the positionBachelor's degree in engineering requiredProfessional Engineer licensure (PE) preferredExtensive knowledge and expertise in electrical engineering principles and practicesAdvanced proficiency in electrical engineering software and toolsAbility to interpret and create technical drawings, schematics, and specificationsIn-depth understanding of power distribution, control systems, and electrical equipmentStrong knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and best practicesAbility to develop and implement electrical engineering standards and guidelines Desired Skills and Competencies: Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills - written and verbalAttention to DetailHigh level of personal integrityStrong relationship capabilitiesProficient in both written and spoken EnglishAbout BowmanAre you ready to build a career that makes a lasting impact?
