Seeking an experienced BIM Designer/Modeler to support a critical 3D modeling and coordination phase for a large industrial facility located in Balstrop, Texas outside of Austin.
*Hybrid Remote but be able to work on site.
*No C2C. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
Develop and modify Revit MEP and AutoCAD models.
Model and coordinate electrical systems, including cable tray, conduit, equipment, and power connections.
Support detailed 3D coordination around major industrial equipment.
Coordinate electrical work with mechanical, structural, and other MEP systems.
Perform clash detection and resolution using Revit and/or Navisworks.
Update models based on design changes and field conditions.
Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other BIM/MEP disciplines.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on Revit MEP experience.
Electrical BIM/modeling experience.
Experience with industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, or other complex facilities.
Knowledge of cable tray, conduit, electrical equipment, and 3D MEP coordination.
Navisworks experience preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven modeling environment.
