ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

We’re seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to design electrical systems and control panels for industrial equipment. This hands-on opportunity offers collaboration across engineering, production, and equipment testing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bills of materials.
- Specify components, including VFDs, motors, protective devices, and PLC hardware.
- Design power distribution, control wiring, and I/O systems.
- Apply NEC/NFPA 70, UL 508A, and applicable CE/IEC standards.
- Support panel fabrication, equipment testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Industrial electrical design and control panel experience.
- Proficiency with electrical CAD software.
- Knowledge of motor controls, VFDs, PLC hardware, and component sizing.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and technical documentation.
- A collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.
