Electrical Department Manager / Senior Electrical Engineer

An established MEP consulting design firm in Columbus, OH designs for healthcare and hospitals, labs and research, biogenomic production, corporate office renovations, higher education, and infrastructure. This is a full-time, in-office role.

What you'll do:

- Lead the electrical department, including staffing, mentoring, and QA/QC

- Oversee lighting, power, and fire alarm design

- Build client relationships and grow the business

What you bring:

- 20 to 30 years of building electrical design experience

- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

- A PE license is preferred

- The top of the salary range is for candidates who bring business development experience or a client base
