Electrical Controls Engineer Manager

Growing engineering firm has an opening for a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer who has management experience or has interest in becoming a manager (will lead a group of 10-14). Initially, this person will work directly with the current manager and then transition to approximately a 50% technical/50% management role. Direct hire position with very competitive benefits!

Duties:
* Provide guidance on system architecture
* Oversee design documentation and PLC/HMI programming
* Interface with customers and provide engineering leadership
* Contribute to testing and commissioning of electrical control systems

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
* Rockwell PLC experience required
* Experience with industrial control panels
* Ability/interest in mentoring and investing in people
* P.E. license a definite plus
* Ability to travel 10% of the time (installation/commissioning)
* U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status required

Salary: $140-180K
