Electrical Assembler

Location: Pasadena, TX
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift
Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire

We are hiring Electrical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing facility in Pasadena, TX. This position is responsible for assembling and wiring electrical equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components.

• Read and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

• Perform point-to-point wiring and route wires neatly and accurately.

• Install terminal blocks, circuit breakers, relays, switches, and other electrical components.

• Measure, cut, strip, crimp, label, and terminate wires.

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous electrical assembly, control panel wiring, or related manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and multimeters.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly work.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when required.

• High school diploma or GED required.
