Electrical Assembly Operator 

Location: Tucson, AZ
Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, $17.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM, $19.00/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assemble Power Distribution Units (PDUs), electrical components, wiring harnesses, and electro-mechanical equipment according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and other electrical components according to company specifications.
• Assemble cables, wiring harnesses, electronic devices, and electro-mechanical test equipment following engineering drawings and specifications.
• Remove, replace, and rework electrical components as needed.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain workmanship standards to ensure high-quality output.
• Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or electrical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and engineering specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
