A well-established manufacturer located in West Chester, Ohio is seeking an Assembler to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical parts and products using blueprints and instructions

• Test electrical components to ensure they work properly and meet safety standards

• Solder and connect wires in electrical devices

• Keep the work area clean and organized

• Follow safety rules and quality standards during assembly and testing

• Track assembly progress and report any problems to supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Entry-level candidates welcome; experience in electrical assembly is a plus but not required (training provided)

• Comfortable using electrical tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, and multimeters

• Able to work independently and with a team

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Good problem-solving skills

• Good communication and time management skills
