Electrical Assembler-Panel Builder

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience as a Panel Builder in industrial automation or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience building industrial control panels, including control panel wiring and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly drawings to execute builds.
• Experience performing point-to-point wiring, panel layout, drilling, and enclosure hardware installation.
• Experience using DMM and electrical testing tools for verification and checkout.
• Proficient with hand tools and measurement tools in a production build environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical and pneumatic issues during build and test.

Responsibilities:

• Build and wire industrial control panels and related assemblies per drawings, schematics, and build documentation.
• Execute panel layout, drilling, enclosure preparation, and hardware installation to specification.
• Perform point-to-point wiring, labeling, and termination for control panels based on electrical schematics.
• Test completed panels using DMM and electrical testing tools; document and correct issues found.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems as needed while following SOPs, safety standards, and production processes.
