Electrical Assembler

We are partnering with a leading manufacturer in the Montgomery area that is looking for an experienced Electrical Assembler to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong electrical and mechanical assembly skills who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building and testing quality products.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized assembly of electrical and electro-mechanical components used in truck products and paint equipment.
• Work with electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, sketches, and written or verbal instructions.
• Assemble component parts using a variety of hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Perform striping truck setup functions and initial calibration.
• Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose assembly malfunctions and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment while following established quality and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in electrical assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and technical instructions.
• Comfortable working with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient with common hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or assembly issues.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including whole numbers, fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial assembly experience is highly valued.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM: Overtime Fridays
• Starting Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
