We do residential and commercial electrical, air conditioning, and indoor air quality work across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Boynton Beach, and surrounding Palm Beach and Broward areas.

Many of our technicians are cross-trained in both trades, so you learn more than one path.

No weekends.

No on-call.


What You'll Get:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Riding along with experienced electricians (and sometimes HVAC techs) on residential and commercial calls
  • Helping with installs, repairs, troubleshooting support, and job-site setup
  • Learning safe electrical practices, code basics, and how we treat every customer's home
  • Completing apprenticeship enrollment, training, and coursework as you build toward journeyman-level skills
  • Keeping tools and job sites clean and professional
  • Asking questions, taking notes, and backing up your lead tech
  • Attending weekly paid training

Who We're Looking For:

You are reliable, curious, and respectful.

You show up ready to learn.

You treat customers' homes the way you'd want yours treated.


Beyond that:

  • Must be enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) an electrical apprenticeship program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to learn both electrical and HVAC skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida heat
  • Able to work on ladders and help move materials on the job
  • Prior trade school, helper time, or hands-on experience is a plus (not required)
