With a strong focus on leadership development, and process improvement, this organization provides the opportunity to make a tangible impact while advancing your career within a stable and growing operation.Job DescriptionLead and supervise daily electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities across the facility.Coordinate and priorities maintenance schedules in partnership with operations, engineering, and reliability teams.Manage electrical and instrumentation technicians, contractors, and external service providers.Drive execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs.Support troubleshooting and repair activities for electrical systems, instrumentation, process controls, and related equipment.Maintain a strong field presence to oversee work quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.Promote and enforce safe work practices, environmental compliance, and maintenance standards.Monitor maintenance performance metrics, backlog management, and resource utilization.Develop team capability through coaching, training, and performance feedback.Support plant shutdowns, equipment upgrades, reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement projectsCoordinate maintenance materials, spare parts requirements, and contractor activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will bring strong electrical and instrumentation maintenance experience gained within an industrial manufacturing environment such as chemicals, refining, food processing, heavy industry, or related sectors. They will have demonstrated leadership experience and a proven ability to coordinate maintenance activities within a fast-paced production setting.
