You'll need strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as you'll be leading multiple projects from beginning to end. You'll be in charge of maintaining accurate documentation/job records, setting crew schedules, coordinating equipment/materials, and other important responsibilities. This role is also in charge of maintaining consistent communication, and you'll keep clients, crews, and leadership updated on the job's progress. You'll monitor timelines, quickly solve problems that come up, and make adjustments as needed to keep the projects on track.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORIdeally, we would prefer that our Electric Project Manager already have some electrical project management experience. What matters most is that you have:2+ years of project management experience, leading multiple simultaneous projects from planning through completionAbility to track costs and keep projects on schedule and within budgetAbility to adapt to changing priorities and balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining qualityEfficient time management skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsDo you have a strategic mindset for setting plans and meeting timelines?
