Position Title: Elections Support Specialist (Reliavote)
Location: Doral, FL 33172
Duration: 5 months
Work Schedule: M-F | 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM | Some weekends and long shifts as needed
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Vote By Mail | Section:- Reliavote Temporary workers in Reliavote will be responsible for handling daily incoming, outgoing, and processing of vote by mail ballots. This job entails working long hours and is mostly loading and unloading Reliavote sorting and inserting machines with necessary materials. This position will require the ability to move heavy boxes, trays, and pallets of mailing materials. The individuals in this position should also be able to pay attention to details and be organized. Basic computer skills could prove useful when running some quality assurance processes. Having mail processing or package delivery processing in a large mail house environment is a plus. Position Requirements- Be a registered voter in Miami-Dade County, be able to pass background screening (mandatory)
- Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner, verbally.
- Minimum education: HS Diploma.
- Have physical ability to lift boxes and move large pallets.
- Must be able to effectively conduct quality assurance processes.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and long shifts.
- Must represent the Suprevisor of Elections in a professional manner (appearance, demeanor, hygiene, etc.).
- Effective listener and team player.
