Location: West Hollywood, CA

Compensation: $30–$45/hr (DOE)

A plaintiff-side law firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support its elder abuse practice from intake through trial.

What you'll do

Support attorneys on cases from intake through trial
Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas and demand packages
Build exhibit, mediation and trial binders
Summarize medical, facility and deposition records
Coordinate with providers, experts and opposing counsel
Calendar court deadlines

What you bring

3+ years as a litigation paralegal; elder abuse, med neg, wrongful death or PI preferred
Working knowledge of California court procedures and e-filing
Bilingual Spanish a plus
