    EHV Transmission Engineering Manager – Technical Authority Role + Mega-Scale Projects + Leadership Growth

    Step into a high-impact leadership role overseeing complex extra high voltage transmission projects, with strong exposure to large-scale utility infrastructure and long-term career growth.

    Lead from the front as the technical authority, managing multidisciplinary teams, driving project execution, and influencing major utility clients across the full project lifecycle.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Leadership: Serve as "Responsible Charge" for multi-disciplinary teams and establish project work plans.

    Technical: Perform complex calculations and equipment research specifically for EHV overhead lines.

    Client Mgmt: Identify client drivers, manage project changes, and support business development.

    Operations: Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.

    People: Lead hiring, discipline, and technical reviews for subordinate engineering staff.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited program.

    Experience: 1 1+ years in power delivery/transmission; specific expertise in EHV overhead lines.

    Compliance: Must pass pre-employment background, drug, and motor vehicle record screens.

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    Licensure: P.E. License highly preferred.

    Software: Mastery of PLS-CADD, line routing, and structural/foundation design.

    EPC Knowledge: Experience with EPC/design services for U.S. investor-owned utilities.

    Project Lifecycle: Advanced knowledge of permitting, land acquisition, and subcontract admin.
