What You'll Do as a Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) Supervisor:

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations
• Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Maintain safety records, reporting documentation, and OSHA compliance logs
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard analyses, and risk assessments
• Monitor adherence to company safety programs for employees, visitors, and contractors
• Partner with HR on workers' compensation management and return-to-work initiatives
• Coordinate safety committee activities and support continuous improvement of site safety culture

What You Need to Bring to the Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) Supervisor Role:

• Technical Safety degree, certification, or related education required
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• CSP, CRSP, or similar professional safety designation is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence all organizational levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based reporting systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a production environment, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work around food allergens and varying environmental conditions
